Contributed to the improving of digital retail experiences by focusing on two key initiatives:
Queue System Revamp: Redesigned the queue system to streamline the process of obtaining a queue number, enhancing customer experience. Additionally, design include the features allowing customers to view in-store offers while waiting, creating a more engaging experience.
Appointment System Design: An appointment system that allowed customers to book visits in advance, reducing wait times and improving overall satisfaction. This system was seamlessly integrated with Maxis commerce, enabling automatic appointment creation for customers selecting in-store pickup.

Maxis - My Maxis App

Complete UI/UX revamp of the Maxis app, significantly enhancing its functionality and user experience.
Revamped User Interface: Transformed the app to better support self-serve converged services, personalized offers, deals, internet passes, and bill payments, creating a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
User Research: Conducted both qualitative and quantitative research to ensure the app delivered a seamless experience, aligning closely with user needs and expectations.
